De Nijensteen

d.o.b foundation has settled at De Nijensteen in Veessen. The 'New Farm' not only accommodates the organization, but is actually in action! In the summer we harvest pears and in the winter cows moo under the same roof as the people, all that separates them is a glass wall. Being on the farm keeps us with both feet firmly on the ground, whilst pursuing our goal with passion.

We want De Nijensteen to function as a magnet. A place that attracts and unites people and ideas. A breeding place where heads are emptied and filled again. Where dreams are turned into action. Where people carry out their various jobs, from cooking to brainstorming, farming to accounting, where meetings are held and gardening is done. Where people can temporarily find a place to work, where they can refuel and where people with a disability help us with our daily activities.

Besides traditional working spaces, there are also flexible meeting rooms and areas where you can relax, on cushions and in front of the fireplace. There is wireless internet for our guests who want to use their laptop, whether it be in the attic, the library or the vegetable garden.

At De Nijensteen everything is centred around coming together, mutual involvement, space, rest and creativity. A natural place for inspiration and realization!
