Skoll World Forum 2008

Social Entrepreneurship: Culture, Context & Social Change

Anyone unable to attend this year's Skoll World Forum at the Saïd Business School in Oxford has a chance to catch up! You can read blogs and watch video's of the conference on Social Edge.

The theme of the fifth annual Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship was Culture, Context and Social Change. 750 leading figures from the social, academic, finance, corporate and policy sectors from 35 countries came together to discuss and debate around pressing social issues.

15 Skoll scholars and 3 Berkeley bloggers let us in on what was discussed by these thought leaders and practitioners. As they share knowledge, highlight progressive developments in the field and address highest priority needs and opportunities for social entrepreneurs worldwide.

Social Edge, a program of Skoll Foundation, is a global online community where social entrepreneurs, non profit professionals and other practitioners of the social sector connect to learn, inspire and share resources.
